I built this because I could.

I'm mikho, running infrastructure at scale as a business owner in South Sweden. By day, I manage service teams, keep SLAs green, and make spreadsheets show fewer red numbers. By night and on weekends, I break things on low-end hardware because paying for reliability is boring.

I've run Mr. VM, experimented with half a dozen self-hosted platforms, and learned the hard way that "just throw more RAM at it" doesn't work when you've got $5/month to spend. That's the ServerAddict philosophy: do more with less, fail spectacularly, and document the interesting bits.

You'll find me active on LowEndSpirit since 2019, where I drop long posts about infrastructure decisions that seemed logical at 2am but weren't, answer questions that have no good answers, and help others build things that technically work.

This site exists because boring, pragmatic solutions deserve a voice. Most of what works in production isn't flashy, it's resilient, monitored, and doesn't require a degree in cloud architecture. I'm here to share what actually works, what doesn't, and why the data matters more than the hype.
